Delivery & Activation Policy

Digital delivery

All plans are delivered electronically. After payment, your activation instructions and QR code are sent to your checkout email, usually within a few minutes.

How to activate

Open the email on the device you want to use, scan the QR code and follow the on-screen steps to install the eSIM profile.

When the plan starts

Most plans activate when the eSIM first connects to the destination network. Some plans activate immediately on installation. See the individual plan page for details.

Keep your details safe

Your QR code and activation details can only be used once. Do not share them before installation.
